Get Balanced! It's easier than you think.

In today's hectic and stressful environment, you'll read a lot of articles on balanced living.  For good reason, those of us in the lifestyle counseling arena are suggesting you get balanced.  It's better for your health.  

Being out of balance causes us to lose cool points when our temper soars out of control.  Or, we reach for comfort in foods or substances that are anti-Aging Fabulously!  Balanced living helps us see many more healthy options for coping in today's fast-paced world.

The next time you feel run down or you feel you may just scream, stop and yourself, "How can I bring more balance into my life?"  This is a great question because by your "out of sorts feelings" your fabulous body and mind are telling you they're not in balance.
